i went to your blog and saw that you're a nurse. that fact somehow makes your comments much more interesting -your experience versus a vague opinion. i'd be interested in a blog entry about exactly what harrassment you're referring to, what you view as most prevalent or whatever you have to say on the subject.

i found your comment on how the fact that women have dominated in the nursing profession has made "care" the focus over "cure" insightful. it just as we ought to expect because women are suppose to "nurture" but men aren't. do you think there are foci missing due to a traditional lack of male nurses? (ie losses due to having a women dominated perspective) Or do the male supervisors "fix" that potential problem? and how about doctors? has that profession benefited from having more females?
