What are the people of the Gulf Coast to think? Is it just me, or are most people across the country either in shock or outrage? Or is it only the progressives?

and still i fear that somehow the bush liars will convince people that they are not responsible --or worse, that they are doing a remarkable job. i would like to think the american people are smart enough not to believe it, but they've bought his lies all along. why change horses in mid flood?

I also think moderate conservatives share the outrage that progressives, liberals & moderates have at how badly the Busheviks not only screwed this up, but at how they're justifying themselves.

I think that Bush is an easy target. This disaster has been brewing since Reagan. The nation's been riding on the coat tails of the New Deal and finally the piper must be paid.
